$500 SIGN-ON BONUS
 
 JOB FUNCTION: Provide excellent customer service
 
  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
 Communicating with customers

1. Operating cash register and (including all phases of cash control and credit card transactions)
2. Maintain a fully stocked storefront
3. Slicing product for single servings and samples
4. Light baking and cake decorating (i.e. “Happy birthday!” “Congratulations”, etc.)
5. Taking customers’ orders in store-and over the phone
6. Washing dishes
7. Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
8. Maintain a clean, safe and sanitary work area
9. Prepping and working occasional off-site at events
10. Performs other duties as assigned

1. Actively participates in Continuous Improvement projects and processes

 
              KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
 

1. High School Diploma or Equivalent
2. Customer service experience
3. Good interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with others
4. Good communication skills including talking to management about any issues or problems
5. Excellent listening and comprehension skills
6. Ability to do overhead lifting and bending, including the ability to lift up to -50 lbs.
7. Good motor skills (i.e. lifting and carrying )
