Dessert Holdings is looking for a Production Scaler to join our team based in Le Center Mn .This individual will ensure proper weight of the product at various stages in production.

Key Responsibilities:

Bakery:                                                                                                                                                        
  image  1. Operating scaling/preparation of scaling equipment                                                                                                                                   
  image 2. Must be able to complete daily production reports and corresponding paperwork                          
  image 3. Ensuring accurate weights are deposited                                                                                        
  image 4. Working on the depositing line as needed 
                                                                                    
  image 5. Maintaining a clean, safe and sanitary work  area                                                                           
  image 6. Back up Production Team Lead                                                                                                                                                                                                    
Finishing:
  image  1. Weighing ingredients according to formulas and the work list                                                        
  image 2. Operating scaling/preparation of scaling equipment                                                                                                                                                                 
  image 3. Adjustment of depositors                                                                                                                    
  image 4. Must be able to complete paperwork (i.e. Weight Sheet and Excessive Waste Form)                                                                                                                                           
  image 5. Ensuring accurate weights are deposited                                                                                           
  image 6. Working on the depositing line as needed                                                                                                                                                         
  image 7. Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work area                                                                                                                                                                                     
  image 8. Back up Production Team Lead       


POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
   Competency Statement(s)
       High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent experience
       Basic Computer Knowledge
       English preferred, bi-lingual a plus
       Comprehension of simple math
       Ability to stand on ones feet for 9 hours a day.
