JOB FUNCTION
A Product Depanner Removes Pans from product to establish standards
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Depanning products according to established standards(I.E. Time and internal temperature)
2. Repair of product defects prior to freezing step
3. Ensure racks used are labeled properly with the correct product information
4. Working with the freezer coordinator to facilitate proper movement and storage of depanned products to correct directed locations
    
5. Back-up to oven tender position and help load – unload ovens
