Icing Line Worker 2nd Shift

ICING LINE WORKER
JOB FUNCTION:
Efficiently perform any task assigned on the production line that does not require a specific skill set. Ensures proper production flow by icing and garnishing an acceptable finished product.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
      1. Ability to perform all of the tasks required for the Line worker position:
           -Rack Unloading/Loading: places dessert on or off the rack as needed
           -Collars: place cardboard collar around cakes in process
           -Spreading: spreads icing on cake layers
           -Cake Stacking: stacks cake layers as required
           -Covering: covers cakes with icing
           -Garnisher: places garnish on finished product
           -Ring Decorating: decorates top of cake with required design
           -Depositing: presses foot pedal to dispense icing onto product
           -Glazer: sprays glaze on specific desserts
           -Cake Cutter: slices layers of cake sponge                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        2. To place unused product into proper containers(use FIFO labels)                                                      
    3. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area                                                                                     
    4. Perform any other duties as assigned  
                       
    5. Clean up nuts and debris off the floor and in the surrounding area immediately.
